Each piece can be worn or exhibited. All garments are singular pieces and only available in the displayed size. Measurements are taken from the garment, lying flat on the ground. Compare these with a garment that already fits you well.

“Wash at own risk”
Wash inside out, on delicate settings, max 30C. No tumble drying, no ironing. Remove all metal parts and charms that are detachable (chains, appendants, pins, jewlery). Wash with similar colours only and use a laundry net.
Garments that are handwash only will include an indication.

Every artwork comes with its own certificate of authenticity, stating the corresponding rift, class, and artwork title, signed by me. Each certificate is marked with a code for verification. To verify, please use the contact formular to ask me directly.

Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification once your order has been shipped. The delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 12 business days or longer, depending on your location. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays, so please allow extra time for your package to reach you.
Tracking
You will receive an email notification once your package is on its way, including a tracking number. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the email.
Customs & Duties
The products are processed in the EU. For orders shipped outside of this region, customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and can vary based on the value of the order, country regulations, and other factors related to the product.

Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to certain types of goods, including Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
For non-customized items, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. To initiate a withdrawal, please contact me using the contact formular. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
-Non-Customized Items, returned within 14 days in unused, unworn, and original condition.
-Defective or Incorrect Products:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, we will issue a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, including a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Exclusions from Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
-Customized or personalized items unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
-Items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
